02What data we collect
We process only the data you provide voluntarily, in particular through the contact form on the site:

04How the data is processed and retention
The data is processed by electronic and, where necessary, paper means, adopting security measures appropriate to prevent loss, unauthorised access and unlawful use. The data collected through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if there is no follow-up, for a period not exceeding 24 months. Where a contractual relationship exists, the data is retained for the periods required by law (generally 10 years for accounting and tax documentation).
05Recipients of the data
Your data may be shared with parties that collaborate with the controller for the purposes indicated above, such as technical and site-hosting service providers, advisers (tax, legal, technical) and the firms or professionals involved in carrying out the works, as well as public authorities where required by law. Such parties act, where the relevant conditions apply, as data processors. The data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
In particular, the data you enter in the contact form is processed on behalf of the controller by Web3Forms (a form-handling service provided by Web3Forms / Deshan Nawanjana), which receives the submitted data and forwards it by email to the controller, without using it for its own purposes. Provider's notice: web3forms.com/privacy.
06Transfer of data outside the European Union
Some technical service providers (for example for handling the contact form via Web3Forms, for delivering the fonts or the hosting) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer takes place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Further details are available in the Cookie Policy.
